The check in was fast and easy. The hotel is out dated, but it was clean. The room we stayed in was noise. We could hear everything going on outside (people walking, talking, cars driving by,etc.) Also, the air conditioning unit inside the room was loud when it turned on and off.

When I first arrived the hotel did not have water. It was turned back on only to be shut off again later that evening due to a burst water pipe. It was eventually back on by noon the next day. They did not offer any relief, we had to ask for bottled water. Also the hot water never worked. Rooms were okay, kind of dirty and very outdated. The staff was relatively nice and understanding except for one man (manager?) who had a bad attitude when people questioned the water situation. I understand there were reasons beyond their control as to why the water didnt work but they didnt offer anything to quell the situation.
