"Receptionist was rude when i asked about my rooms air conditioning not working. Very dismissive and didn't seem to care about my dilemma. Sad considering how much i spent and that i was a returning customer. "

"Everything was durty, when we got to our rooms, bed had blood stains in it, same as the floor, seems like they havent washed the carpet in decades, I asked to be chaged of room, didnt make any difference because it was the same story, roaches in the bathroom, open patches in the walls. Just a terrible experience, on top of that they asked for DEPOSIT, not sure for what, that building is crumbling bybthe minute."

"Roaches. I get it’s Texas but I’ve stayed at other comfort inns in Texas and no roach issues. Bed was sinking in, no hot water second day but they did get it repaired later on. Hallways smelled liked weed . "

"It’s a very large space, with 2.5 bathrooms and a study, in addition to the large bedrooms and closets - which is fantastic. But the check-in process was not as instructed. They said to use the code in the app (which is also texted to you), but the code didn’t work at the lockbox. Calling took forever. The phone prompts are also not clear, which causes a lot of re-routing. Only to find out the code in the app is for the apartment door, NOT to retrieve the fob from the lockbox. Also, the apartment wasn’t really clean. Weirdly, some of the walls were dirty with spills. Also, no hand soap in any bathroom or kitchen. No shampoo or body soap. We were on a tight schedule, so we weren’t even able to go buy any. Lastly, the sheets aren’t great. Super thin and don’t fit, The corners repeatedly come undone. Nothing quite like waking up and the fitted sheet isn’t even under you anymore and you’re laying directly on the mattress!"
