"Cleaners came into our room 2x without knocking despite having a do not disturb sign on the door knob. "

"The place was very nice ! The Italian restaurant was fabulous so delicious . Every thing was good with exception of a few guess unfortunately in my he north wing you could hear guess from one room to another so sadly a couple of nights where interrupted with load neighbors! And then some courteous enough to bring a dog that was barking non stop from 1:30 - 2:30 in the morning ! But it's would definitely stay again in the main part of the hotel"

"We did pay unexpected fees and the hotel was very disappointed also the hot tub doesn’t work if we just get notice so we can plan a head and booking another place Also the bathroom was dirty is not that was expected plus the shower not have hot water "

"This hotel was extremely noisy. We were there for my daughter's dance competition and had to wake up early the next day. There was a night club across the street playing music loudly until past 2:30am. There were kids running up and down the halls screaming, people smoking marijuana in the rooms, and I could hear my neighbors fighting loudly next door. I went to the front desk and raised these issues with the manager that was there at night and she essentially told me that I made a mistake by booking a hotel that also has a casino when I have kids that have to wake up early. We ended up leaving in the morning and not staying for our second night even though it was pre paid. It is sad because I was excited to stay here. The rooms do look renovated and the other staff we encountered were very friendly except for the one in the evening. I did like the Wolf restaurant. Unfortunately I will never stay here again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"We cam for an event at tahoe blue event center next door. Hotel was conveniently located for that. That how ever was only thing it was convenient to go to. Hotel is far from everything else and even the casino was small. For price id advise harris or cesers. "

"Room was smelling like smoke, and they must have known because there was an air purifier inside the room. The filter on the air purifier was disgusting, it had so much dirt on it that I believe it was never replaced or cleaned. Asked for a second air purifier because of the cigarette smell and they couldn’t care less, asked for a different room and was told they are booked. They gave me a $50 food credit that you have to spend there, and they charge resort fees. Very poorly managed. Safe to say I will never go back there."

"Great place to stay for our annual Pyramid Lake fishing trip. Fantastic restaurants on the premises. Will come back again next year. "
