"Freshly painted hallways. Outside door at end of hall was always unlocked though. Garbage can outside emptied daily. They didn't recycle even though a container to do so in the room. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee and juices were good. Bagels, mini mufgins, yogurt, apples, and a waffle machine for patrons to use. Small pre-made frozen egg and sausage sandwiches were horrible. The cheese on it was horrendous. McDonald's and DD right down the road."

"Loved it here! Right on the beach, very helpful staff and beautifully remodeled room. The parking is easy, near many great beach stores and restaurants. A lovely place to stay."

"We were a group of 12 friends celebrating a getaway weekend together and found this wonderful compound. We all enjoyed ourselves in the primary house, which had enough rooms for the 6 couples and also had four little cottages for those wanting a bit more privacy and their own bathroom. The house was extremely clean and comfy, with all the amenities a large group needed. We were immediately greeted by the property manager, who stopped in a couple of times to check in on us. The house has two living rooms and two dining rooms, both of which are large enough to accommodate our large party. Plenty of room to eat and to play games on. Each bedroom in the main house was very spacious, and the decor was nice. Outside had a nice deck with an extra-large picnic table, a firepit with outdoor seating, and a small BBQ that we used. Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperating, as a downpour canceled plans to sit by the fire. The location of the property was close enough to downtown Mystic and its shops, as well as to Foxwoods and Mohegan casinos. Highly recommend the Red Rooster for your breakfast needs and Dog Watch for a fun dinner spot. Couple of suggestions for the home owner/property manager..1. Gutters over the backdoor. The heavy downpour had going in and out of the house like running through a car wash. 2. some kind of runner or matt for the backdoor, we used a bath towel to put down during the rain as people were coming in and out getting the kitchen floor wet"

"Black hairs on my bed and bathroom….storm door was broken and I ended up with 8 stitches in the heal of my foot and no apology or any sort of compensation….i would not recommend. "

"We recently stayed at this property for a work-related trip. The location worked well for us, and the check-in process was straightforward and easy to navigate.That said, there were several aspects of the stay that did not meet expectations. Upon entering the home, there was a strong animal urine odor that persisted throughout the visit and made it difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couches were also in a condition where we felt it was necessary to place our own covers over them due to both cleanliness concerns and the odor coming from them.Additionally, the side and backyard areas had multiple piles of dog waste.We also found that the home’s condition and overall appearance did not align with the listing photos, which was disappointing upon arrival."

"Always a pleasure to stay at this property!! Quiet,clean,and relaxing area. The only problem is that the TV needs to be updated. Very small,and the audio quality is terrible with static. Still give the property a Big Thumbs Up!!"
