「The property is well maintained and in proximity to 3rd & 5th Ave for shopping and dining, also a 15 min walk to the beach. It has a pool and views of the marina if you get a room on that side. On the - side, it is a 50 y.o. building and the rooms are small and although clean on the outdated side. I believe our room was an owner operated by hotel, again clean but small. AC units are small and noisy and can’t really keep up with cooling the entire room unless you run them 24/7. 」

「The property was well maintained in the staff was friendly and responsive. The location is excellent being close to downtown with many fine restaurants near minutes away. Place has character which you don’t find in many smaller properties.」

「We switched our reservation from the 4 Seasons to the Escalante and are so glad we did so. It was walking distance to the town but a completely secluded, hideaway. It was so relaxing, clean and beautiful. We loved the staff and music. We absolutely will return and highly recommend to others!」

「This hotel is amazing!!!! It feels you are in a fairy tail story or even Disney. A lot of activities for kids. Everything easy and without any error. The food was just good compared with the average waterpark resorts and many different options. I definitely recommend this one. I will be back this summer 」

「Location was quiet and relaxing. Staff was extremely nice, and extras such as toiletry, coffee pods, and water provided. Owners of the unit we had need to do some carpentry adjustments on shelves/drawers in kitchen and bath - don’t close properly. Overall, we were were happy and would stay again.」

「Rooms small, bathroom old and not clean , stuff confused and not experienced , was never told I will be charged for parking until check out , complementary drinks voucher couldn’t be used even for a virgin drink .Never again .」

「陽当たりがよくて広い部屋、重厚ながら使い勝手の良い調度品、フレンドリーなスタッフ、立地など大変満足しています。こじんまりとしているのがまた良い。朝食はシンプルで潤沢とまでは言えませんが、私には必要十分なもので、その潔さにかえって好感が持てます。オレンジ、とても美味しかった。 1階の部屋だったため、通りの車の音が響く時がありました。また、ベッドが少し固いかな。でも、不満というほどではありません。 ランドリーもあるし、客層もよいし、居心地が良かったです。2階の共同ベランダ（朝食会場）から美しいサンセットが見えます。ネープルズピアに行きたくとも体力気力がなかったので、何だかラッキーな気分になりました。 下手な大手チェーンのビジネスホテルに泊まるなら、こちらをオススメします。」
