"The airport shuttle for a small fee from Heathrow Airport was nice. I was bummed to find that access to the pool and sauna was an extra fee (which was not disclosed on hotels .com ) hence the 4 star rating. Breakfast buffet for an additional charge had lots of tasty options as did the restaurant/ bar. We did not eat at the Italian restaurant. Overall , it was a comfortable and convenient stay close to Heathrow."

"Clean and exceptionally well maintained Hyatt Place. Very convenient to airport, approximately 5 minute cab or bus ride. 8 minute cab fare from airport to hotel is appropriately $15, while bus running every 15 minutes is 3 pounds."

"From the moment we checked in the experience could not have been better. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room when the receptionist noticed my mother’s wheelchair ‘to make it easier’ - a very thoughtful touch. The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with coffee/tea/biscuits, robes, slippers etc. we dined in the informal restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent, food delicious and prompt. We loved that there was a shop inside the hotel for any forgotten items and late night snacks. Overall an excellent stay, superb staff and excellent location for terminal 5 - we found it easily although the signage is small."
