"Friendly helpful staff. Loved the outdoor pool area, however couldn't understand the number of "reserved" loungers with no one using them all day! The hotel was right next to Fremont St experience. Keys to our room wouldn't work and had to wait while the electrical mechanism was fixed. Room was good overall, except for a plugged bathroom sink. Also didn't like how the toilet and bathtub were separated in a tiny space."
