"Remodeled room. Nice touches"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the slide at the pool was down due to maintenance for our entire stay. I understand that’s how things go but it was still disappointing since we were looking forward to using it. I paid extra for late checkout and verified the 3pm checkout time with front desk staff. Just before 2pm, we had a knock on our hotel room door and then someone immediately unlocked it and tried to enter while we were finishing up a nap in our bed before heading to the airport. When I came to the door I was asked what time we would be leaving. I told them we had late checkout and would be gone before 3pm. It would have been nice if hotel staff communication was a bit better."

"This property was just okay. Not very big so you're limited on options. It's starting to show its age. Handrails broken in the elevator. Plus I only think 1 of the 3 elevators were working. It is nice to get a cheap hot dog and drinks are reasonably priced. For the most part, the staff was nice. "
