「Rooms weren't ready upon arrival, once we checked in they weren't the cleanliness I expect from Marriott. The staff never answered calls from our room phones, we had to physically walk down to the lobby any time we needed something. AC wasn't working, lights weren't working, hot water wasn't working, room was never cleaned even after physically walking down to the front desk and having it "noted on my reservation" I got home from a 19 hour day and had no clean towels. Kids on my floor were...

「We booked a family trip to go to the Grand Canyon (west) but didn’t want to stay on the strip. We rented a car, the parking garage was excellent. It’s a newer hotel and very clean and in the perfect location. Near the highways, a 15 min walk to Fremont. Safe. Lots of construction in the area but we never noticed any issues. Breakfast gets busy so go early, not enough tables so you may have to eat in the lounge part. Check your bill when you leave, we got charged for $89 for exponentials even...

「Lobby was under construction when we arrived so office was in a room. Pure chaos but the staff handled it well. There was a putrid smell in our room and we couldn’t find the cause. We actually checked out a day early because the smell was getting worse and we couldn’t take it. Location and price were good but parking was limited.」

「Old but clean. Stuff are all kind & friendly」

「Big enough room. Cost effective. 」
