「good location, easy process.」

「Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door.」

「The condo was nice and helped us sleep 8 for a multi-day conference located at McCormick Place. The distance was walkable, and Uber can pick up right outside the door in the case of inclement weather. There was more than enough space for us and the kitchen was in great shape. Would book again! To note: the closest L-line station (Cermak-Chinatown) did not have a ticket kiosk during our stay- plan ahead!」

「I can not express how amazing it was to work with Jaye. I am a chicago resident who moved away from work and came back for graduation. While in town, there was an issue with getting into the apartment completely created by me. However, even in the middle of the night, Jaye was extremely responsive, very calm, and supportive and resolved the situation quickly. I can not express enough what a joy it was to work with her.」

「I appreciated staying here for four days. It is a very spacious, secure property. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I had a parking spot available every day. It is also close enough to downtown. I was upgraded to the penthouse suite as a courtesy of the host. It was BEAUTIFUL, to say the least, with all of the amenities I needed. I wish there were dishes (pots, pans, ladles) for me to cook with or that I knew there weren't any so I could've brought my own. There were still enough eating...

The location was ideal for people who don’t mind a 10 minute walk to the subway or quick 10 minute ride to downtown Chicago. Safe neighborhood in Chinatown. 「I never actually got to stay at this location. I purchased this place in May and the day of arrival the HOST canceled on us. We were 9 hrs from home, I had made multiple attempts to reach the host and she never responded to me. I would not trust using this place or the host. When I called VRBO, they noted she had been active on her acct. several times within the last few weeks. This is not a person she is a scammer. Best of luck to those who take the chance. I should have read the reviews...

「The property was absolutely beautiful. It was close to the downtown area as well as the eateries, bars and sight seeing. There was a noise ordinance (please respect it) they will call. Overall we had a fantastic stay. I will definitely book again」

「Our children and grandchildren gathered here for our family celebration. There was room for 8 adults, and 4 kids during the day to eat and play. Cooking amenities were very good. There was ample on street parking as well as 2 off street parking spots in the back of the rental. A school playground was less than a block away for when toddlers needed to get outside. The matresses were not too soft and the sheets were as nice as hotel sheets (in my experience that is often not the case in rentals)....

「The check in process was easy. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint would be there was no house number on the outside of the house. So I had to call to verify we were at the correct house because I did not want to attempt to open a door to a wrong house.」
