"We really enjoyed this beach house, which could easily and comfortably hold our family of 5. There were other bed options available for more guests, if needed. The beds were comfortable, the view was great, quick 4 mim walk to the beach (we timed it lol), and it had all the amenities you needed from towels to dishes and even beach items: chairs and boogie boards. The A/C was amazing and our family really enjoyed the stay. "

"First- you can hear and see the ocean from the property which makes the property location amazing. Communication was clear and helpful throughout the stay which was so helpful. The house has cosmetic issues like broken drawers, old king size bed that makes for a rough night of sleep, bathroom drains that don’t work, and kitchen countertop and drawer issues. Honestly if the bed was replaced - the location would be enough for me to stay again."

"The only issues we had was no grill but it was resolved over night. The bedroom up stairs next to the master has really loud wind noise when the door is closed that can be heard in both the bedroom and living room. A simple vent in the door would resolve that issue. It’s the a/c fan pressure making the noise. "
