Room was nice but extremely hot. We got back and it smelled like cannabis but they let us switch with no questions asked. Very close to airport.

Overall it was pleasant stay

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Our room was gorgeous, everything was amazing maintained. I wish the bed was my home!

Marriott hotel Ottawa excellent service Room clean everything perfect

This is my second time staying at the Marriott Downtown. I highly recommend it.

Check in was very helpful and accommodating for 2 seniors. Breakfast was excellent.

We'd definitely stay again! The location is perfect if your priorities are seeing Parliament and experiencing the amazing restaurants and shops on Elgin street. We visited in February and everything we wanted to see/do was within a 25 min walk. The staff were really lovely and happy to make recommendations -- especially the valets. The pool and hot tub are nice. Only drawback(s) were we thought all rooms came with robes and slippers, which we were looking forward to for before/after the pool...

The staff was very helpful, the Cappuccino's, food at the bar area was excellent, also with the Servers pleasant. Definitely will stay there again and recommend to friends.

Atmosphere a sweet change after chain hotel stays.

Walking distance of literally everything and very nice rooms
