"Was acceptable for our needs, location and price. Very basic. No cups in room or bathroom. No housekeeping at all. Posted as every other day but never came in 4 night stay. Breakfast was basic but clean area and organized with hot coffee. Not much parking in front but we got lucky and were able to entire stay. No major complaints and would stay again if needed to."

"We arrived post cruise and we were able to check into a room right away with a small ($35) upgrade fee. It was amazing to have a place to land at 9:30am. We went to breakfast on property and spent the remainder of the day visiting the Moody Gardens/Attractions such as educational movies, Rainforest pyramid, Aquarium pyramid, and other venues at a reduced cost for being guests. It was amazing. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and respectful of others. They offered an evening event for families with a movies/popcorn/punch at not cost. Lots to do at this property, very clean, beautiful place to stay. We would def book again and recommend to anyone looking for a port pre/post cruise hotel. :)"

"Elevator dirty, sparse breakfast, no face cloths, called ahead to confirm cruise-port shuttle which was NOT available upon arrival. Staff on hand was polite and as helpful as they could be. "
