「It was just right for the 3 of us. Its situation, within walking distance of shops, pubs, etc. was excellent. There was lots of dog walks in open countryside......... she loved it! One minor grouse - the cooker was qite complicated, and the instructions in the welcome pack didn't fit the exact model of cooker. Otherwise, we loved Exchange cottage, and we loved Northleach........ we'll be back」

「As travelers from Australia, we decided on a self contained old worker's cottage as a change from the ordinary motels. We were not disappointed. Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. Whether summer holidaying or like us, travelling about Cornwall, the house is central to beaches, shops, transport and restaurants and tourist spots.」

「We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.」

「The property was close to the village centre. It had its own parking space. Inside it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor patio area had a table and chairs but was small.」

「Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

「We had a wonderful time in this very cozy and practical holiday apartment, which is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay in Cornwall. The arrival and communication with Ian were very straightforward and pleasant. We can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment and would return anytime. It's really ideal for two people – for four, it might be a bit too small in our opinion. 「Overall, a decent place to stay. Well equipped and central. Currently a construction across the road, which made it a bit noisy.」

「The manager was wonderful and the rooms very comfortable and well appointed. It made for a excellent stay near the hospital and was convenient to downtown shopping and food. The Brewery District is a couple minute walk and great for a bite and pint. 」

「駅からホテル2階が見えます。ソールスベリーの町中は道がガタガタで細い場所があります。大きなスーツケースを子供と運ぶのは無理だと思い、近くを選びました。お部屋も清潔で、リビングとベッドルームが別室になっており、静かでした。エレベーターはわかりませんでしたが１Fのお部屋だったので問題ありませんでした。 一泊目にウェルカム朝食がついており、焼き立てのクロワッサンが頂けます。食器やお鍋、レンジも揃っており、できたら長期で利用したい施設です。 ただ、有人のチェックインの時間が非常に限られているため、現地情報が直接聞けないことや何かあった際の場合は心配でした。 チェックアウトも無人でしたが、受付のインターホン経由で担当者と話ができ、サービスもよかったので総合的に満足です。」

「We had a brilliant few days staying here for a girls getaway! The building is easy to find, super safe and very clean. Our room was very warm but they had already thought of that, with 2 huge fans kept in the room for us, making us more comfortable. The customer service was very efficient and always available to help. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts there and we were on the top floor with heavy suitcases. Other than that it is a super location and we would definitely stay...
