「We loved this hideaway! Very spacious, super clean, well stocked, quiet, safe and private was our experience. Enjoyed looking out the many windows to see dozens of deer calmly grazing and ducks roosting near by. Just 11 minutes from the Brazos River State park which is a must see. Relaxed on the front and back porches. A really nice get away. Would definitely stay here again without question. Sure beats the city traffic, hotel elevators and crowded parking lots. Thanks!」

「Hot tub didn’t work , the house had computer screens for tvs in the rooms , ac only in living room and wash room, the kitchen sink didn’t work at first, the water smelled horrible when you turned it on smelled like rotten eggs , big bumblebees like a nest of them on the patio, experience wasn’t great I will be checking reviews for now on」

「Great place to take a large group. Our tournament ended late, and started early, so we didnt have time to explore the barn. Note that the bunk room is completely separate downstairs--having to use outdoor stairs. That was not clearly listed in the listing, so we had to adjust. Luckily there were plenty of beds upstairs! Overall, clean, especially for a beach house!」
