Came to visit my sisters. Had an excellent time. Location was perfect. Rooms were so clean which is of utmost importance. Maintenance employees super nice. However, front desk personnel needs to change their ugly attitude. Customer service is bad.

The rooms are large and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. We had to go out for breakfast every morning.

We checked in and went up to our room. We had not yet unloaded our luggage from the trolly. My niece said, "what is this?" and we looked at the bed and found live bug larvae on the bedspread of both beds. I went down to the office and explained to the lady and showed her pictures I had taken of the bugs. She acted like I was making it up and messaged her boss. They had one room left and it only had one king bed and a pullout sofa instead of 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. I asked her if the new room would be any cheaper than the one we originally wanted and had reserved. She looked at me like I was crazy and never answered, We got into the new room and hurriedly had to leave to meet people for dinner. When we returned, my niece pulled down the bedding on her side of the bed and a popcorn kernel bounced out. We just threw up our hands and decided to just deal with it as it was a holiday weekend and available rooms were few. We never even heard I am sorry or anything from the staff or management.

I got one room with king size and sofa por my teenager my kid didnt sleep well because the sofa bed was uncofortable we felt the springs it bad and has stains on it he had to sleep with me and husband.

We went with a person with lung cancer, and the three rooms on different floors smelled like mold. We had to go out to buy something to try to sleep. It seems like the sheets haven't been changed in the rooms. We were coming from Canada, and in Canada, we've never had such a bad experience in a comfort-in as we did here. It was really dirty and smelled awful. Not to mention that the poor guy who works at the front desk was also in charge of cooking. It really made us sad. Don't expect too much food because they don't serve much, it's as if they don't have enough staff. Honestly, if you can stay in another hotel, do it. It's scary for your health to stay here. I had to cover my child with a towel that looked clean.

Desk clerk upon checkin was surly and demanded a deposit of $25 cause I had made my reservation through Expedia. Expedia never mentioned any such deposit. I threatened to walk out and go somewhere else and I would have if we had not been so tired. Her explanation for the deposit was very vague and accusatory. I don’t plan to stay at this place again.

bed bugs and messy rooms, rude staff. save your $$

my family and i all booked rooms at this hotel for our vacation (4 rooms total). my room had pubic hair in the sink and bathtub, along with holes and stains on the bed sheet. i also had a towel with blood stains on it. my sister who has 2 babies, had bed bugs in her room. we were out at the beach all day saturday, came back to shower and rest. she didn’t become aware of the bed bugs until she was actually getting ready for bed that she saw them crawling, and had blood stains on the sheets. they bit both of her babies. when we brought this to the attention of the staff, they were very rude and accused her of bringing the bed bugs with her, and also said “you’re just now noticing?” at 11pm. yes she had only just noticed because no one had been in bed or in the room all day. it wasn’t until she was getting ready to put her babies to sleep that she saw them crawling. also, how would it be possible that she brought them but no one else in our family have them? makes no sense. they told her they couldn’t give her another room because they were fully booked, but they did eventually move her down to the 2nd floor with a different room layout. my other sister’s room was a complete mess when she first checked in. the bed wasn’t made, there was no towels, and the room was dirty. we let the staff know, and the staff told her she has to request room service in the morning. absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable as it should’ve been freshened up by staff before new guests arrived.
