「Everything was very nice, including room and staff. Room was clean. Hot breakfast was appreciated. Enjoyed the extra blanket provided and pillow cases labelled Soft and Firm.」
「The property is so clean and new, exactly as pictured. Well appointed and had everything we needed, plus extras like a toothbrush for our son who forgot his. The location is so close to everything, but quiet because it’s not right on State St. 」

Very comfortable stay in clean and good designed room. Homemade breakfast was excellent. Owners were very kind. I strongly recommend this hotel.」
「The location of this hotel is perfect, especially for the price. Great location, a block from the beach. This is an older hotel (set up like a Motel) but is pretty well updated. However it’s still clearly an older property. The bed needs an update and the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.
However I would definitely stay here again. The staff were really nice and accommodating and you really can’t beat the location. 」
「Quick hops to UCSB, anirport, and downtown Santa Barbara (10 mins each, easy drives). Reasonable cost for nicely appointed rooms with unique features (extra sink outside of bathroom, reading lights & headboard lights), love the pool and pond area! Great place to relax.」
"Overall, our stay was pretty good.
The only thing to be improved is the shower room. Water leaks from the bottom of the shower box.
The staff treated it all right, so it shouldn’t happen again.
