"The only reason of 4 start is because they only have 2 funtional elevators. I was at the Quater tower and the elevators waiting time its around 32 min and sometimes even longer, keep on mind i visited the hotel on April not even a peak season. The pool was closed for repair. Overall great experience."

"The room was clean, great comfortable bed, pillows.you need.to stack them. They are flat."

"I was actually shocked on the condition of the hallways and rooms. For the money I paid, I thought it would be much nicer. Then we were in a room above the bar that had a band and the noise didn’t stop until 1 am. I wouldn’t stay there again "

"Overall Great Space. The bathroom was just missing part of the glass for the shower and the bathroom door was broken. But I will definitely stay her again. Easy check in and check out"

"The pool was small not like photo, not enough towels for 4 people and I called the front desk plenty of times. Pool was dirty and gym area was too hot. The elevators was terrible sometime it would take 15 to 20 mins. "
