"Ok, where do I start? This is one of the best vacations of my entire life, which hasn't been short. The location is beautiful- I didn't realize how recently the new building and pools had been built. Everyone was excited to tell me all about it, even at the local breweries and restaurants. My room was lovely and SO quiet. The front desk staff were always available for my needs, and never seemed anything but happy to help. The pools, my lord the pools. I took this trip a week before a total knee replacement and as I lay here recovering, I'm so grateful for how good my body felt. It really helped me relax before the heavy physical and mental stressors of surgery. One of the best experiences for me was contrast bathing. Each time I went in the VERY COLD water, I felt great. And my favorite part of my stay at the Springs? The Wellness team. Kelli, Elisa, Theresa (sorry not sure if I spelled that right) absolutely made my trip not just special, but gave me memories of a lifetime. I did EVERY activity, a few I did each day. From soundbaths to aqua yoga to aromatherapy it was all thoughtfully programmed. The gratitude and intention ceremonies literally had me in tears, and I was able to make connections with other guests through the openness and curiosity of these three amazing guides/instructors/humans. Kelli, Theresa, and Elisa took the time to get to know me and my journey- and that made all the difference. This was only my first visit. I plan on coming often!"

"Never personally met anyone who worked there, my key was left in a secure mailbox outside of the lobby with instructions on how to get to my room. As an introvert cannot ask for more. The room itself, was perfect. Spacious great bag great pillows good shower couldn’t ask for more. My only query was the pegboard inside the room not sure what that was for… I’m guessing you can rearrange to store your stuff??? overall great place great bed great atmosphere for a night"
