「Gary and Jody's house is awesome. I have enjoyed to stay during my vacation. The property is very clean and amenities are well equipped. Gary is easy to reach out and very quick response back. I have appreciated their preparations and hospitality. Definitely, I will stay again if I visit Pagosa Springs again.」

「We stayed in the room. That was the "cabin "and according to the description, it said that it slept six. Unfortunately it did not. The futon in the living room has a bar that goes across it. That is a special kind of torture. There's no way that two people can sleep on that bed unless they are small children. There were crumbs all over it when we got there so we got to clean those off first. The door to the bedroom doesn't shut all the way, and when you open it in the middle of the night, it's...

But they did move us to a different room because we had our service dog with us.」

It would be better if the river was more visible and if there were umbrellas on the deck to provide shade. In the afternoon, the windows must be covered because the room will become an oven otherwise.」

「We visit Pagosa Springs at least four to six times a year and always stay at a pet friendly VRBO close to the resort. This was our first time staying at this particular one and really enjoyed the upgrade to entire house vs the usual studios we typically stay in. We will definitely use again. Our only complaint, there is no AC. So we probably will not use Jun - Aug. Outside of that, outstanding.」
