When we entered the lobby it looked rundown, seedy, and dirty. We decided that if the lobby looked that way we didn’t want to see the room. We cancelled even though we had to pay since we had not cancelled two days prior. We never would have booked there had we known. Quality does not describe this place.

This room was not worth 175.00.We went to address lady inside took all info.Told us the room was in the next building.But we had to come back this building the next morning for breakfast.We took drive around back of building which falling down and rotten.We didn’t go for breakfast way to old and dirty.The back door in the second building were we slept had no way to lock there was no lock empty hole. i realized they are rehabilitating ,so shut the dam thing down and don’t milk people for there money.Charge what you are putting out.The room left a lot to be desired in the clean department.thank you Donna Cooper

This property needs a major face lift, i'm not even sure a face life would do it. Our shower was brand new and look nice but no water would come out of it.

The conditions of my room were atrocious. Things were broken, damaged, dirty. The front desk worker was incredibly kind and sweet, but other than that, this hotel was a total bust.

The location was convenient to the hot springs, right across the street and within easy walking distance. The building was newly remodeled. The room was nice and spacious. The check-in clerk was friendly and answered all our questions. The only disappointment was the included breakfast - all cereals and carbs without any proteins.

Expedia or your property ripped me off. I booked it for Saturday and it came back as booked for Sunday. I booked it again for Saturday and requested a refund, but you both claimed that it was not going to be refunded. This really stinks. What kind of business do you run when I have to pay double for quick night of sleep. Extremely disappointed. I'm going to contact corporate and write a letter. Just give me the refund you crooks.
