The lodge was difficult to find in the commercial area, even though I had the address, I couldn't see a sign for the lodge itself. I had to call the desk, give my location, and get directions to the lodge, which was close, but I couldn't tell which building. There was lots of parking space.

The hotels outside is not maintained very well my room overlooked some broken grills and gross stuff. It’s a cheap room. It was safe and there were air balloon balloons, which is a positive out by the lake.. states that their dog friendly but there’s only certain rooms that are dog friendly and there’s a fee.

It was clean but this hotel has seen better days. There was only maybe one staff on duty. And there was so much noise from the room above. The bath tub was very slippery they need mats so no one gets hurt. Good price though.

The room we stayed in was very clean with high quality linens and a nice view of the golf course and pond. This lodge seemed as though it was really nice at one point in time. Our biggest complaint had nothing to do with the room. The room was great! It’s just a shame the halls were dank and musty with damage everywhere on the baseboards and walls. Unfortunately the whole facility is rather dated and run down. Be great if it could be restored and upgraded because it’s a great area and cool old building.

Beautiful view from our room. The room was clean. The outside of the property could use a face lift. The buildings look warn (a new paint job could help, the grounds are unkept and spider webs everywhere including the ac unit. The room and the beds were very comfortable and the staff was super nice, when available.

Upon entry of the building there was an instant "old" smell. Ceiling leaking in different places. Our room was clean, bedding was clean, pillows were good. The entire room look to be remodeled BUT, our door was badly repaired from what looked like being kicked in! Windows around entire building were filled with cobwebs and dirty. The outside grounds were not really kept well. With a little attention to detail around the building and premises, this would be a much nicer place. From 3rd floor we could see several areas where the roof had holes. You get what you pay for. We weren't there to hang in the room so this met our needs.

It's an old building on it's last leg and not maintained very well, BUT, the rooms they do have available are large, very spacious and clean with excellent views of the lake. Also, lots of pressure in the shower with HOT water. Unlike Silverton's overpriced shacks.

Room I stayed in was in a building that I couldn't see markings on to know it was "my building". Room was nice but smoke/fire alarm on ceiling started beeping every 45 seconds starting at 2:30 AM. I let staff know when we checked out around 9 AM and she said"sorry". No breakfast available.
