"This bed and breakfast was fantastic, from the wonderful breakfast to the great people who run the place. The property was beautiful and huge. I enjoyed walks and photography from early morning to evening. This is a working ranch, so you will not find everything done like in a city hotel.......and that's the magic of the place! We would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"This hotel is a very useful stop if you’re going to Pagosa Springs. The check-in is remote - and it worked! The room was clean and presentable. The price was good, too. Our suggestions are: the coffee maker was tedious and ineffective (get something like a one-cup Keurig); provide tissues (like Kleenex); But the bottom line: this hotel is a great deal! We’ll be back."

"This is a clean, family friendly inn. There is a microwave in the main hallway downstairs and a small refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, bananas, cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc. Samsung tvs allowed us to log into our streaming services. Much appreciated. Water pressure was good. Traffic in the hallways is a little noisy in the rooms. Our mattress was very firm. That works great for me, but maybe not for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. The location on the river and walking distance to downtown is fantastic. It is also very close to the weekly Thursday night rodeo."
