The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team.

Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

Due to ongoing renovations, access to the balcony will be restricted temporarily. Guests may experience renovations noise during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, weekdays). We appreciate your understanding.

Envitae managed apartment
List of problems: Night of arrival: keypad not functioning. Had to walk around the building in the dark to walk down to parking garage. Doors were all propped open to elevators leaving building vulnerable to non residents…not safe. Also night of arrival: kitchen sink dirty and smelled of sewage. Keypad continued to be non functional each day requiring us to walk down to parking garage. Kitchen sink worsened on Wednesday April 17th and reported to host. Therefore kitchen non functional on April 17th. Current email of notification of water shut off on majority of day on April 18th. Although possibility of maintenance was disclosed in your fine print, we felt misled of the extent. We feel like you should have been more forthcoming in how much construction was going on in the building. Our sole purpose of renting your apartment was to have a safe place for us to stay while our son is hospitalized and a safe and healthy place for him to recover post surgery. Your apartment has not proven to be functioning. 3rd party “host” Envitae…all seemed to be AI…infuriating when trying to communicate.

The unit itself was fine, spacious and clean. Great location, 5 minutes walk to the metro, plenty of dining and stores easy walking distance as well. The building is under going somewhat major construction. The lobby was completely gone, just a side door to the elevators. Dust in the hallways on most floors. Gym closed. Once it's complete, looks like will be nice. Building is a little old and can use the update. Noise not too bad overall though, inside unit it was generally quiet. Management company staff was very responsive on text and email, helped to smooth over the rough parts from the construction.

Parking NOT free
Pros: Great location near Metro station, lots of restaurants, CVS, and mini Target. Space was basic but had everything you needed and there is plenty of room. Cons: Vrbo listing said free parking but i had to pay an additional fee nightly for parking so be sure to message the host to ask about it first. The host and his business also innundate you with forms and messages so there is some effort on your part and you do not use Vrbo at all after booking. There was also renovations during our stay so some of the windows were covered and we once got startled by a painter who had hopped our balcony while we were in the living. Some warning from the host would have been nice

Easy Acess to DC
Property was just as depicted. Wonderful 2 br condo with roomy lr and nice little balcony. Washer and dryer worked, and there was plenty of derergent, as well as kitchen supplies and dishes. Nice pool but shady because of neighboring high rises. We stayed here on a trip to visit DC monuments and museums. Rosslyn metro station within easy walking distance and DC only a few stops away. I enthusiasticalky recommend this condo.

Perfect!
We had an amazing stay at this property. It is a little older unit and there were a few slats missing from the blinds, but other than that, it was great. The location was fantastic. Close ro the Metro for going into the city, groceries right across the street and Starbucks about a block away. Underground parking for our car, nice and safe. They even had a lifeguard at the pool! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Very convenient
The apartment worked out well for us overall. It is large, and the garage parking and proximity to the Rosslyn Metro was great. However, as others have mentioned, some of the vertical blinds are missing in the living room and the master bedroom. So many were missing in the bedroom that we had to jury-rig something against the window to block out some of the light.

Great location.
This is a great location for a trip to DC. We were only about 15 minutes from the National Mall, only about 10 minutes from Arlington Cemetary, and walking distance to a grocery store and Target. The unit does only have 1 tv, so if you are bringing kids, keep that in mind. The property manager was great with communication. We would recommend this listing for sure.

Great Location, Very Clean
As other reviews state, this is an older building, so the apartment has not been updated in awhile as far as the bathrooms and kitchen go. But it’s very well kept, everything works, and was clean, except that blinds were broken which was disappointing given the price. The location is great and just a short walk from the metro. Parking was included. Our only issue was the check-in instructions from our contact seemed clear, but they included a link to the building site which seemed to imply you had to also check in with reception, which we didn’t. Otherwise communication with host was great and they quickly replied to any questions I had. The booking process is a lot. I understand need to protect your property but my family just wanted to take a quick vacation and I felt like some of questions asked to get approved for the stay were a bit intrusive. But we would definitely consider staying here again.
