Last renovated in 2019, this holiday apartment with a separate entrance is located on the ground floor of a residential building in a quiet wooded area in Waren's villa district. Ideal starting point for cycling tours through the neighbouring Müritz National Park. The lakeside promenade on the Müritz and bathing area are approx. 200 metres away. Shopping approx. 2.0 km, restaurant approx. 200 m. The 1-room apartment is equipped with a combined living/bedroom (double bed, sitting area, LCD TV, radio/CD), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge, various kitchen appliances), a modernised bathroom (shower/WC) and central heating. There is a furnished terrace and barbecue. Car park (public, free of charge) in front of the house. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. To be paid on the spot: Tourist tax.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
