If our guests spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Beautiful studio in Kihei

Freshly renovated, this studio in Kihei is right across the street from one of the many beaches in Kihei with one of the most stunning sunsets. It is stocked with everything you need to cook and go to the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler). There is also a great pool and jacuzzi area with 2 big BBQs for cooking meals. Communication with hosts have been top notch. I would definitely come back!
