「Had some minor issues and had a wrong telephone number which complicated communication with the host However once they were aware they responded immediately. The house was lovely and we enjoyed the yard and pool in the evening…thank you Mark and Tiffany」

「This was an annual sibling trip along with spouses - had a wonderful time! This house reminded us of our growing up in an older home on Tres Palacios Bay. This house has been beautifully restored by Fixer Upper. We especially enjoyed the front porch and were amused when a wine tour bus stopped for about 5 minutes as the house was on their tour route. The location is excellent and very convenient to the fine restaurants we dined at.」

「Great location and well equipped home. It had everything you’d need. It’s decorated so cute and close to the Riverwalk. We chose to drive downtown and it’s a very short drive. We’d stay here again!」

「The Waco Hilton is an old hotel but is clean and so convenient to many good. restaurants. Parking is free but if an event is going on in the adjacent park, finding a place to park can be tough. Very safe. 」

「My daughter had an event she attended our first evening so I entertained myself with the Waco picture history books! It was great! We had everything we needed or wanted. The very rainy next day Andy met us with umbrellas which we greatly appreciated. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to rain. Such a comfortable place to stay! Thank you!!」

「This home was beautiful, clean, and located close to many Waco activities. Check in process was very simple and the home was very accomadating for our 3 night stay. Although we had 4 adults on our trip, this home would be great for familes with children as well.」

「I reserved this house for a mother-daughter trip to Waco. We were excited to watch the Fixer Upper episode featuring this house in the weeks before we traveled. The rental contact communicated frequently prior to our arrival with instructions and add'l information about Waco. One the day of arrival, I received specific instructions on how to access the house. We arrived and got into the house without any issues & we loved it! Very cozy bungalow size home with 3 bedrooms to choose from. House...
