This was a great spot for the 5 of us to stay while enjoying the Silobration in Waco. Beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The host communicated with us throughout our time there to make sure we had everything we needed l.
Primrose did not disappoint. We were in Waco for Baylor’s fall graduation as I was walking the stage for earning my doctorate. Primrose was cute, clean, and the perfect place to call home for two nights.
Great house, as advertised. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here and it was perfect with the bed arrangements for the big kids (teens). We appreciated the Christmas decorations and the little things like extra cozy blankets for couch use. Having spices on hand and the basic household things like kitchen soap was really nice too. Owner was quick to respond to our last minute booking too. House was close to Baylor campus and not far from other Waco touristy things. We would definitely stay here again.
This house is in a great location if you want to be close to Baylor. It was well stocked with nice to have amenities like spices and coffee. Had a large fenced back yard with a large tree that provided some nice shade from the Texas heat. Overall a great house but don’t know if I would stay again since we aren’t pet people and the pet hair was a bit much for us.
This may be the best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Convenient to Baylor. Great backyard and driveway. Beds were comfortable. Nice coffee supply. Plenty of room. Super clean and well decorated. We'll be back!
We enjoyed our stay for our girl’s weekend to Magnolia. Comfortable, clean and accommodating. Courtney was responsive to questions and check in and out was so easy!
We enjoyed a long weekend in Waco. The house is located close to downtown, very short drive to a lot of things. It seems to be a neighborhood that is changing with newer construction happening. The house was a perfect fit for our family. Very clean and cozy. We would stay again.
House was nice and clean. Communication with host was great.
Ironman can be hectic so it was nice to not to have to worry about the house. Lots of room for everyone too.
Location was a bit tough with all the construction to get to Ironman Village but that was no reflection on Courtney or house. Great place. Thank you!!
The Primrose House was perfect for our family get-together weekend. Location was the best, because it was conveniently close to the campus. Would love to stay there again. Thank you for an awesome stay!
Courtney was the best to work with…we had to cancel one day and she said as right on top of it. As for the house—all 5 of us were in love with the layout and big backyard. It was so great to bring our dog along with us. My husband and I took both our 11 and 4 year olds along with his mother for a quick mid-week summer trip. Our kids loved the chocolate treats and the bunk beds. My mother-in-law loved the coffee pods and mornings on the back porch. The location was perfect! It was close the the big HEB, Baylor and quick access to all the good restaurants—as well as Cameron Park and Lake Waco. We did it all—the Mammoth site Georges, Spice and Magnolia. We can’t wait to go back.
It was also nice to park our cars behind the fence at night. Glad to have such a clean, sweet house for all the memories.
