「Es un hotel muy bonito con finos detalles, lo único que no me gustó es que la piscina no estaba temperada y fue imposible meternos por el frío de la misma. Todo lo demás muy bien, su personal es muy amable 」

「良い点 ・街の中心にあって、便利。清潔 ・共同のキッチンと冷蔵庫とウォーターサーバーがあっていつでも使用できる ・ホテルスタッフのおじさん、問い合わせやリクエストにいつも親切に対応してくれる ・シャワーの水圧は強くはないがちゃんとしてました 悪い点 ・ドアが少し薄いのか？他の宿泊者が夜中廊下を歩く音が丸聞こえでした。隣室の話し声などは聞こえない。」

「アンティグアの中心からは少し離れているが徒歩での移動は可能な距離にあり、静かな落ち着いたエリアにあるホテル。中庭など美しく、優雅な気分を味わえる。部屋もゆったりしていて、ジャグジー付きの部屋が良かった。」

「グアテマラ初旅行で、安全面を心配していましたが、夜でも比較的安全な印象でした。小さな町に感じのいいカフェやレストランがたくさんあります。ホテルの位置は、町の中心からすこし離れてはいますが、数ブロックなので歩ける距離です。スタッフは感じのいい人達です。ただ、私たちの泊まった部屋はベットの周辺にスペースがわずかあるだけで、息苦しくて狭い、という印象が否めません。５月に入ってシーズンオフだったせいもありますが、町の中心部にもっと広くて快適でリーズナブルなホテルがいろいろあったので、価格に見合ってないと思いました。」

「We stayed at Porta hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Always when we stay there, we are very impressed because of the excellent and professional service. For example, a waitress told me my reservation included breakfast just for 2 adults when we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, but it was wrong because i had booked it with 3 breakfast so I told her about it and they didn't charge any extra.
