「The condo was a perfect place for us to stay for a couple days to attend a concert. The condo was very clean. The owners provided beach towels, chairs, umbrella and even a soft cooler. Steps to the beach so we could enjoy a quick beach fix. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was great. Would stay again.」

Some of the advance communication was confusing because it came from different sources but a quick phone call resolved the one check in issue that had gotten buried. 」

「The 2BR unit’s furnishings and kitchen wares were a bit dated and some ready for replacement, however condo met our 2 adult and 2 teens needs perfectly. Property has great location, gym, nice pools and facilities. Great customer service by mgmt company who quickly responded to a fridge that was not cooling and other requests. We will be back to Sandbridge!」

「This unit was falsely advertised. There was no washer/dryer in the unit. No hair dryer. The shower curtain was so cheap that when you turned on the water, it was like a vortex, the curtain whipped around and nearly suffocated you. Because of this, the shower leaked all over the floor and into the room. The unit smelled like smoke. There were cockroaches in the kitchen, in the coffee maker, the living room and bathroom. The AC/heater was not connected to the wi-fi, so we could not adjust. There...

「The property staff was very nice and tentative to our needs during our stay. We had an issue with our room and they changed our room that was more suitable.」
