"Its unique security of accessing floors was great. The staff was very helpful and spoke English somewhat fluently. I was pleasant with my stay. The rooms or hallway isn’t soundproof per se as I did hear children running around and laughing but that didn’t bother me much. Overall, good stay"

"I am speechless of how nice Kim was and she was very accommodating toward me. She was super and thoughtful throughout my time here. The place was super clean and seems very fancy. I stayed for about a week and got a free upgrade half way through because of a simple mistake she made. Communication is my favorite because she’s always there to reply to your questions or if you need help or anything. I would stay at Kim’s Property again if I’m ever around for next time. Thank you Kim for hosting me for a week! "

"This accommodation is on the residence side of Landmark 81, so go to the Vinhomes lobby when checking in. This property is in a convenient location above a shipping mall, so access to groceries, shops and restaurants was super convenient. Didn't even need to go out of the building, as it had direct access from the lobby. Need to get a taxi to go to other places as it's not located near anything else though. The property is clean and well furnished with full kitchen amenities and utensils. It also has a laundry on the balcony. It's also pretty safe with security cards and pin numbers needed. However, be warned of a few things: - This property is booked through an agent who is unresponsive until the day of check in. We had to get our cousin who lives in Vietnam to call and double check that the booking was actually confirmed. - For short stays of less than 1 month, POOL ACCESS IS NOT AVAILABLE. This was extremely disappointing, especially for my children, as it was one of the reasons why we booked this place. - It can be loud at times if there is loud music from venues downstairs. Not that great for families with young children."

"Property was woeful do not stay here especially if its an timed event evening. Plan months in advance for new years eve, no communication prior to the even. Night before they mention we're booked in for floor 37 and then this changed on the day due to room we booked 3 bedroom apartment vs 2 whilst this wasnt communicated anywhere. It advertises room is empty 24 hours before hand it was not. Mold is evident all amongst the property and there was a roach in the apartment as well (I have photo to proove) Advertises sofa bed and when question no response from property owner, the next day they advise it has a sofa not sofa bed. New years eve in which should have been the highlight of the night was woeful and im ashamed as I was the one whom booked this property. Its such a shame, location is perfect and potential to be amazing but over cast by ants, insects and mold. For $500 AUD was not worth, no idea how this got 4 stars for stay."
