Property is dirty. Everything is outdated. We are 2 people staying for 6 nights but bathroom supplies were very poor with only 2 towels and one small roll of toilet paper, no extra trash bags. It was ok. The staff were very kind and polite. The property is a bit out of where I was needing and the amnesties were a little less than what I was expecting. But overall...if you are not needing more than breakfast...it is a great place.

The Bloom Pham Viet Chanh - Modern Living Space in Saigon - A Top Choice for Western Travelers
Our stay here was pretty good, the room was a good value, and breakfast was decent. We were able to hear everything on our floor and in the stairwell. And our air conditioner was leaking a little bit. The staff was always friendly and accommodating!
