"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is intimate and located near dining, shopping, the Opera House and the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Breakfast has many choices, plus the option to order food. Everything we needed was a short walk away. We didn't use the pool but I will say it's much smaller than pictured. We enjoyed happy hour on the rooftop a few times. Overall, I highly recommend Silverland Jolie! Be aware: you need to go up a flight of stairs to enter the hotel. People with disability issues could find that difficult. "

"Incredible service by the staff... went out of their way to help us get through crowds and parades with luggage during road closures and parades. Great views from 2 of the three bedrooms, balconies everywhere... laundry machine came in handy and washing dried in half a day outside. Plenty of mineral water and a big swimming pool... restaurant too quiet for us but looked well organised. Thank you to all the staff!"
