Room wasn’t cleaned well. Leak in bathroom from room above was never fixed. Staff was not accommodating. Room had no view. We requested one in the reservation. They showed us a room on the first floor that was very noisy and made no attempt to upsell us.

いくつかのトラブルがあった。 初めの部屋はシャワーの出がとても悪く、早朝から屋上階のレストランからの騒音が激しく、部屋をかえてもらった。 ガラスのコップが割れていたのでゴミに出しておくと、こちらが割ったと弁償を請求された。 割れたコップを置いておいたのだから謝ってしかるべきだと思うが、それなら黙って捨てずフロントへ電話するようにとまで言われた。 不便をかけられた上、何故そこまでしなくてはならないのか。 感覚が非常にずれている。

Clean and well kept hotel in the middle of town. Within walking distance of everything on our schedule with all the facilities you need for a long weekend in Ho Chi Minh City.. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is compact with basic breakfast on the roof but sufficient.

入ってとってもお洒落な空間で驚きました！とても可愛い感じで、女子旅にはぴったりでした。お部屋も清潔で良かったです。ドライヤーが部屋に無かったのは残念でした。もしかしたら、フロントに言ったら借りれたのかもしれないです。スタッフのお兄さんも気さくな方で着いて安心しました。 ホテル周辺の治安は、悪くはないものの、他の通りより街灯がないので暗かったです。 空港ーホテルまでのタクシー代は21:00頃に乗って1人500円〜600円くらいでした。

This place is great! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was one of the largest I've seen at a property this size, the bed was incredibly comfortable and had so many pillows, and the bar downstairs is fantastic!

just an under average room

although the hotel is in central HCMC but the room is very small for the price. The hotel is old and the wardrobe need to be renovated. Especially the corridor is just narrow enough for a person to go through (imagine if there's a fire, fingers crossed)!!!! I would not book for another stay!
