"I've stayed for a week. Overall a very good hotel. Pool area was clean and was easy to find a sunbed. Rooms are a bit dated, but kept clean for the most part. I'd recommend it and would consider coming back if I were to visit Jerez again. My only complaint is my room was right above the restaurant and although it closes at midnight, both Friday and Saturday nights, people stayed beyond that and they were loud."

"Beautiful hotel well placed for exploring Jerez. The staff were very friendly and helpful but be aware they are local so some Spanish is helpful. We were given lots of advice, had a beautiful room overlooking the square and made the most of the hotel bar and gardens. The food and drink is very good value for a five star hotel and the T22 restaurant is highly recommended. Breakfast is not a buffet and there is a lot delivered to your table which can be a little overwhelming - if you are small breakfast people like us and don’t want it to be wasted, maybe be clear about what you want before it all starts to arrive."

"This was a great place near (walking distance from) the city town of Jerez. It was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The A/C worked excellent and the front desk representative was very helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a complete 5 stars was because we didn't receive the check-in instructions until the day of arrival and we had to input all our information and guest passport information which was a bit much since we were a large group and had rented two rooms prior to receiving the access codes. Since we were traveling and arrived there during a time that the front desk and front door was not open (mid-day) we were waiting outside with our luggage for a few hours. It will help if this information is requested a few days prior to arrival (even better prior to our travels) to avoid this lengthy process. But aside from this it is was excellent and we would return just with better preparation."

"The purpose of our trip was to attend the 2026 WAWE Working Equitation World Championships. There were three of us in our party, so we stayed in the junior suite, which was very spacious and accommodated all three adults quite comfortably. Our room was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was delicious—especially the outstanding breakfast. The location was also ideal: within walking distance of La Escuela and only 1 kilometer from the Stage 18 finish line of La Vuelta. The city center was walkable as well, although we preferred taking a taxi there and walking back. The only negative experience involved one server. During our first visit, he seemed reluctant to serve us. On our second visit, he took our drink order but never brought the drinks, leaving us waiting for approximately 30 minutes until another server came to assist us. She was wonderful and provided excellent service. Despite this isolated issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."
