「Large spacious apartment with a number of separate rooms/living spaces. Kitchen was well appointed, with several supermarkets in easy reach - watch out for Sunday closing though. Three different eating spaces in the flat, including a sunny roof terrace up about three flights of stairs. Very convenient location for all tourist spots in Jerez - we only needed to use our car once: everywhere else was within walking distance. Many restaurants and bars nearby. José was a perfect host: very helpful...

「Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, surtout sa terrasse. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et nous a fourni beaucoup d'informations sur la ville et la région. Par contre, le stationnement gratuit cause problème. Par chance, il y a beaucoup de stationnement payant. Je recommande sans hésitation ce logement. ,」

「Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Es gibt zwei Dachterassen und viel Platz draussen. Die Heizung hat uns im März gut gewärmt. Gutes Internet gab es auch. Wir waren etwas überrascht, dass wir zusätzlich und vorab noch einen Mietvertrag unterschrieben sollten. Wir sollten die Status quittieren, waren aber leider noch in Deutschland. Der Prozess ist etwas eigenartig, aber wir haben uns dann einigen können (daher ein Punkt Abzug). Ansonsten war es ein toller Aufenthalt!」

There were great places to eat nearby and if you want to cook for yourself, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The landlady and her sister are very helpful and we would love to come back.」

「Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Neue Waschmaschine, neue Spülmaschine, bequeme Betten und in der Küche alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Lage ist traumhaft! Man wacht morgens mit Meeresrauschen auf und schläft abends mit Meeresrauschen ein. Das war unser erster Urlaub in Conil, aber bestimmt nicht der letzte.」

「El apartamento es muy cómodo: 2 hab amplias y 2 cuartos de baño, A.A. centralizado y una terraza enorme con un toldo; aparte de la piscina de agua salada y una plaza de aparcamiento subterránea. Está a 700 m de la playa (8 min) si te vas por el camino entre los hoteles, y a 10 min de la zona de bares del pueblo, andando por supuesto. Totalmente recomendable si quieres disfrutar de unos días en la playa de Conil.」

「Ich habe mich sofort und auch meinen kompletten Aufenthalt (10 Tage) in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Die Möbel-Ausstattung der Wohnung ist typisch für den Süden und auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Es ist alles sauber geputzt. Herd, Backofen sind neu; Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle im Top-Zustand. Angenehmer und sauberer Wohnkomplex in dem hauptsächlich Eigentümer wohnen bzw Ferien machen. Direkt am Strand und direkte Nähe zum Ortskern mit Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften sowie kleiner...

「Natalia la recepcionista demasiado amable nos ha ayudado en todo lo que hemos necesitado así como las personas de mantenimiento! El lugar es hermoso, céntrico, sumamente limpio, la cama es súper cómoda. Realmente recomiendo este lugar! 」

「We really enjoyed our stay in Cadiz. The apartment is directly in the beach and has a tapas bar and a gelato stand at the front door. It was approximately 10 minutes to the old town which we visited both days we were there. The stadium is just 2 blocks away and we saw a Cadiz/Barcelona futbol match. The apartment itself is comfortable but tight for 4. However, if you are hanging out in the apartment you are missing out!」

「The apartment is high up with great views. Steep staircase climb to get there but this wasn't a problem for us. Comfortable bedroom. Great kitchen and living space. Wonderful terrace where we ate all our meals. Perfect base for exploring Cadiz.」
