「This hotel is dated but it was clean. However, they did not clean our room and did not have towels when we requested towels. They had to go next door to get towels from the Residence Inn. Also, the bistro never appeared to be open.」

「The Place looks nothing like the pictures @ all…. When I pulled up it looked like a Vacant Building to be honest… I feel like I got catfished… Worst part is that I didn’t or wasn’t able to get my $ refunded to me」

「Overall is ok but there are nothing to looking forward coming back staying again. Staff wasn’t helpful, checked in very late from the time receptionist told us. Breakfast just ok but less options if compared to any Hyatt that I stayed. Room amenities were ok, but not really clean and the floor was really sticky.」

「The stay was very pleasant and relaxing」
