Welcome to this simple but charming holiday home, set in an idyllic orchard. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and spend relaxing days close to the fjord. Here you will find a wonderful mix of nature experiences and opportunities for relaxation. Inside, you will find a functional interior with a cosy living room. Make yourself comfortable on the classic seating furniture or enjoy meals together at the dining table. Prepare your own meals in the compact kitchen. The simple but cosy ambience makes the house a perfect retreat for nature lovers.



Make the most of the extensive outdoor area with its fruit trees and the surrounding countryside. Enjoy the fresh air and take a walk to the nearby fjord. The surrounding area offers good opportunities for swimming and fishing, so you can experience nature up close.



Explore the impressive natural landscape around the fjord. Visit the village of Vangsnes, where you can admire the imposing Fridtjov statue, which was once donated by Kaiser Wilhelm II. Another highlight is the famous Nærøyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take a trip on the Flåm Railway, one of the most beautiful railway lines in the world, or drive through the impressive Lærdal Tunnel, the longest road tunnel in the world.

A cozy little house

Even if the furniture is quite old, it is clean and totally adequate. It has a very cozy charme. The village is quite quiet and the loudest noise was that of the water stream not far from the house. The only thing that was interesting to put it mildly was the smell coming from the bathroom. One of the water drains was smelly, but you can manage by keeping the window open. All in all it is a cozy little place and we would visit again.
