"Friendly team, comfortable beds, spacious (but not huge) rooms. Great location and good value. Lower floors can be noisier (we stayed one night on 11th, one a few days later on 4th which was less good). Breakfast was good but not the best we've had in Vietnam."

A pesar de estar en medio de una calle concurrida, nuestra habitación era tranquila y la cama tamaño king era muy cómoda. Es un hotel pequeño, pero recibimos un servicio excelente, desde el registro de entrada y salida hasta el desayuno buffet y todo lo demás. Todo el personal fue muy atento y se anticipó a nuestras necesidades, ofreciéndonos servicios especiales según nuestras preferencias alimentarias y planes de viaje y actividades. Alice at breakfast was very attentive and remembered my choices from the day before! Louis at the front desk at reception gave us a very heartfelt send off.
