The place had a bad moldy smell, couldn’t close the windows, the beds were very hard and there were literally only 2 towels, no face towels or anything else. The rug from the bathroom still had footprints from previous guests and the sink was diry, the floor had holea and the entryway was very old and not maintained.

Warnung: Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr enttäuschend. Die Beschreibung entsprach in mehreren Punkten nicht der Realität, z. B. fehlte die auf den Fotos gezeigte Waschmaschine, die Küchenausstattung war unvollständig, und die versprochenen Premium-Körperpflegeprodukte („premium toiletries“) wurden nicht bereitgestellt.Besonders problematisch war der Zustand der Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft: Der Boden war klebrig, auf der Bettkante befand sich eine Flüssigkeit, Dusche sowie Toilette waren offensichtlich nicht gründlich gereinigt. Die Klobrille war sichtbar verschmutzt und offenbar schon länger nicht mehr ordentlich geputzt. Auch die Ofentür war defekt.Wir haben die Unterkunft daraufhin verlassen und den Vermieter um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. Seit über einer Woche erhalten wir jedoch nur wiederholte Nachrichten, dass sich „das Management bald meldet“.Wir hoffen weiterhin auf eine faire Rückerstattung und dass die genannten Mängel künftig behoben werden. In der aktuellen Form können wir die Unterkunft und das Management (Camelotels) jedoch leider nicht empfehlen.Auch die Buchungsplattform Fewo-direkt hat keine Verantwortung übernommen und nur minimal unterstützt, sodass wir letztlich alles selbst mit dem Vermieter klären mussten. Offenbar liegt die Entscheidung über Erstattungen allein im Ermessen des Vermieters und es gibt keinen Schutz des Mieters durch die Platform.

ACHTUNG!!! Die Wohnung ist nicht wie auf den Bildern, wir sind Abends angereist und waren keine 5 Minuten in der Wohnung. Es ist alles wirklich sehr dreckig und kaputt. Jeder Euro der hierfür bezahlt wird ist zu viel. Ich kann jeden nur davor warnen.
