「ホテルはベリンゾーナ郊外の住宅地にあり、世界遺産の観光にはとても不便でした。ホテルの部屋から隣のアパートの住民が芝刈りをする様子がよく見えます。 雨が降っていたので特に考えずにホテルのレストランで食事をしましたが、田舎ホテルのレストランにも関わらず、お値段がミシュランの2つ星ぐらいしてびっくりでした。 メインは鳩のお肉を頼み、味は良かったものの、飴玉ほどの大きさのお肉が4粒ほど出てきたのみで、女性の私でも夕食後もお腹がすいたままでした。結局ホテルから5分ぐらいあるイタリアレストランに行き、ポルチーニのリゾットをテークアウェイする羽目になってしまいました。」

「I can't say enough good things about this place. My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and the staff was incredibly accommodating. Our breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and was always perfect. The view was breathtaking and never got old. The rooms are beautiful and kept spotless. The staff was so good to us and always made sure we were happy. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Lake Como. So beautiful and peaceful.」
