"Very nice room, one day after room service came the duvet smelled and may have been changed to a duvet that may not have been washed properly. After ordering room service and calling the front desk for the cart to be cleared, no one came. Overall though, a good experience!"

Hotel at the Waldorf

Hotel at the Waldorf

8/10 Good
"This is an off beat hotel that we used for the night before our cruise to Alaska. We saved hundreds of dollars by not staying at the port, and this hotel was only a 10 minute Uber drive away. We could have stayed at the airport instead, but this put us much closer to the port for the 8 am Embarkation tour of Vancouver which was a great experience, by the way. The hotel gives a run down appearance in a run down neighborhood, but we went up to Commerce Street to the restaurants for supper and of course in the summer the evenings are bright. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The management communicated with us several times before we arrived about our questions for food and a quiet room. They chose a quiet room for us. We missed the 8 am breakfast offered. I would recommend this hotel very much to the budget conscious!!!"
