「The staff are professional and courteous. I like that I can check-in at 3PM instead of 4PM. Also, the room was sufficiantly clean.」

「The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality.」

「The house was really nice. The nieghborhood was so beautiful. The house is very minimal but very clean. The beds were comfotable rooms were a really nice size. The complaint i do have is: AC was not hooked up it was 92 degrees when we got there at 5pm rhe upstairs was unbarable and the wet damp smell coming from the laundry. Also be careful alot of people use the main road as a raceway. I was taking my dog for a walk and almost got hit. But over all our stay was nice and enjoyable. Thank you」
