The person in the room next to me was playing the television at a ridiculously loud level. I attempted to civilly ask him to turn it down. His response was, he would knock me out if I knocked on his door again. I called the front desk. The manager came down. We were standing in front of that person‘s door and I couldn’t even hear her speak because of the volume. She decided to do nothing about him. But wanted me to move to another room. She said the room charge would be the same rate as the one I was in. It was not ,it ended up costing me a couple hundred dollars more. The showerhead was so plugged up with mineral deposit. It was like taking a shower in a heavy fog., I was there five nights with no maid service.

We checked in late, the hostess was very gracious and attentive. It is a beautiful hotel, the breakfast was very good. The property was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were big. It is not the first time I stayed there, it will not be the last.
