We had an amazing 2 night stay here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the amazing ladies who cooked up and set up the breakfast area as well as the maids. The maintenance/janitor guy was great too! Thank you so much for your kindness and beautiful smiles. You guys deserve a raise and a promotion! I pray and hope Best Western treats you well because you all deserve it!!! Thank you again and again! I highly recommend this place, specifically due to the amazing customer service from the receptionist to the janitors, maids and breakfast service members.

The room smelled like cannabis. The third day we came back to find the bathroom had been cleaned but the bed wasn't even pulled up (not just not changed; not made). The left over piece of cookie in the lobby didn't get picked up or replaced all evening, though the night and half way into the next day! The window in the room was broken, the toilet kept running and the heater was noisy.

Stayed one night arrived around 10pm. Was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. We were greeted by Angel who checked us in and was extremely welcoming and nice. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Only thing was it was cold for my liking but my husband likes a cold room so he was fine. We had free hot chocolate from the lobby at 10.30 and free cookies that Angelo had made for customers. They were delicious. Thank you Angel! Breakfast was good lots of options. Would definitely stay here again. Employees were very respectful friendly and courteous.
