The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing environment surrounded by beautiful scenery. There’s something for everyone to enjoy, whether you’re looking for adventure or just a peaceful getaway. The food is also very good, which makes the overall experience even better. Highly recommend for a fun and comfortable stay!」

「The restaurant was very limited in selections, it was expensive, and the dinner restaurant staff was not willing to be flexible. Morning staff was great. The lobby areas were very clean and beautiful, however the room I was in was not very clean. 」

「Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. 」

「We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. 」
