「スイス〜イタリアの列車旅の途中で、夫婦で宿泊させてもらいました。ピッティ宮殿の目の前の建物の中にあるホテルで、駅からは少し離れていますが歩いて移動できる範囲です。玄関のチャイムを鳴らすとホストのお二人が出迎えてくださり、ミニエレベーターに乗って3階に行くのが楽しかったです。 お部屋の使い方についてなどとても丁寧にご説明いただき、大きな問題なく快適に過ごせました。お部屋はモダンな内装でとても清潔だったのと、窓からサントスピリト教会の鐘の音が聞こえて素敵な雰囲気でした。」

「Si bien, la recepción de la propiedad no es en el mismo lugar, el hotel siempre fue 100% transparente en ese aspecto y por eso sabía a lo que iba. En cuanto la habitación cuenta con excelentes almohadas y colchón, descansas super bien y el personal siempre es muy atento. 」

「Este lugar es increíblemente hermoso, te sumerges por completo cuando caminas entre sus viñedos y te dejas llevar por la magia de la Toscana, su romanticismo te envuelve, Juanito a sus vistas encantadoras a la campiña Toscana que hace de este lugar, el lugar perfecto para compartir con su pareja. Su gastronomía es muy buena, y si lo permite el clima puedes cenar debajo de las estrellas, lo cual es una experiencia inolvidable. Los vinos son bastante buenos, nosotros escogimos el Brunello Bosco...

「No problems getting into the property - good communication from the property in advance and responsive to enquiries. Room was well equipped- kettle and fridge, hairdryer, small safe in the roomy wardrobe and room for my case to stand around. TV (no English stations). WiFi . We're all a bit used to fancier bathrooms in even cheap hotel chains and the shower stall in the room could do with a refresh but it was all clean and the shower was good and hot and worked well. It was a room at the front...

「The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! 」

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en de service was top. De kamer was heel proper en kregen elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en lakens werden ook ververst.
