「Liebe Rita, nach einem herzlichen Empfang hatten wir schöne Tage in einer großen, sauberen und für uns optimalen Wohnung. Mit leckerem, selbstgebackenem Brot und Wein wurden wir begrüßt. Die Kinder haben sich sehr über die Osterüberraschung gefreut und ich über die Blumen. Die Ausflugstipps waren sehr hilfreich. 「The photos don't capture the incredible 360 degree views. The complimentary tour with wine and olive tasting was exceptional. The apartment is rustic, as pictured, but could use a deep cleaning.The 500 cypress tree lined road winding up to the property only adds to the adventure. There was a very bad storm that took out the electricity. Sabrina and Fabrizio did all they could to make sure all the guests were comfortable.」

「Dans la chaleur de l'été, cette belle maison ancienne garde une bonne fraîcheur fort agréable. Le parc et la piscine sont très chouettes et nos voisins calmes et respectueux du lieu. 「Unique property from the late 1800's. Lots of room overall but 2nd bathroom is very small. Lots of stairs to reach the home from the private parking spot. Great hosts and wonderful home made dinner prepared by hosts at the property.」

Deanna and her husband where great hosts, even had the kitchen stocked with some basics for the first morning. 「Pros- Great location in the heart of the village, 16th century townhome. Cons - bizarre setup, two floors, the first consisting of one large room with a old kitchen and a bathroom, the second accessed either from a very small winding wooden staircase inside or a outside larger normal staircase. The second floor had two bedrooms, a very small not really usable bathroom and a eat in kitchen., - appliances were hard to use. - This apartment could not be used by anyone with mobility issues」

「Io e la mia compagna abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il capodanno a San Gimignano, quindi abbiamo scelto la struttura della signora Renata e del marito Duccio. L'appartamento anche se piccolo è molto confortevole e arredato con molto gusto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene dove c'era di tutto per le nostre esigenze. L'esperienza è stata molto piacevole come la signora Renata molto gentile. Complimenti per tutto. Alessandro」
