The Sebastian 2-Bedroom Residence, by Mountain Vacation Lodging, offers you an incredible opportunity to experience the best of Vail, Colorado. This condo is within a 5-Star hotel. You'll have all the conveniences of a luxurious private residence, plus the plethora of services, amenities, and entertainment options of an upscale hotel! When you stay here, all of Vail Village is right out your door, and your accommodations offer the finest quality. Please read on for details.

The Residence:
Please note, the photographs are images of actual residences at The Sebastian, but are representative. Your living room, dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms may be exactly like one of the images, or they may be different. You might like your condo more or less than the images shown here. You'll have a 2 Bedroom, 2 or 3 Bathroom condo in The Sebastian at Vail. The living room features a gas fireplace, an entertainment center with flat panel HDTV, a queen sofa sleeper, and access to your private balcony. Each bedroom has premium cotton linens and duvets, a private ensuite bathroom, and a flat panel HDTV. The primary bedroom always has a beautiful, comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom will always have two queen beds. In the bathrooms you will find natural stone countertops and flooring, plush bathrobes and slippers, and custom Molton Brown branded bath products. You will enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, there are multiple dining options within the hotel, and room service is also available! The condo includes additional amenities, such as Nespresso coffee, an in suite washer/dryer, air conditioning / heating, a cordless phone, in-room safes and humidifiers. You'll receive daily housekeeping service and as long as you are staying 4 nights or more, you'll also receive a full "midweek" cleaning. The condo will have an ample size, ranging from 1300 square fee all the way up to 1700 square feet. Some units are laid out on two levels, so stairs may be required to reach the main living area or bedrooms. Views from the condo vary, and may include the ski slopes, the mountains, the surrounding valley, Vail Village, and / or the pool area. The number of bathrooms is at least one per bedroom, but some lucky guests will have a third bathroom. Please note, requests for certain types of units, layouts, or views can be noted, but can not be guaranteed.

Shared Amenities - The Sebastian includes:
Along with the world-class location, guests will experience many special perks and top-notch amenities. The Sebastian offers a mountain-view terrace as one of many comfortable spaces to enjoy year-round, which include the Restaurant Leonora, the Lounge at Leonora, Gambit Bar (a true hot spot in 2024), the Library, the Fitness Center (including Peloton bikes), and the Bloom Spa (with steam room and sauna). Relax and recharge in one of the four hot tubs, and refresh in the heated pool with underwater benches and a waterfall. Take advantage of the poolside dining, available all day.

– Gambit Bar is open daily ~ 3pm to close with nightly music
– Bloom Spa - open ~ 9:30am-6:00pm
– Enjoy the sauna and steam room before or after your treatment

– Base Camp - Open daily ~ 8:00am – 5:00pm
– Pool and Hot Tubs - Open ~ 7:00am – 10:00pm daily
– Fitness Center - Open daily, 24 hours
– Daily Housekeeping Service: Trash & Tidy service daily (which includes making beds, emptying trash, towel replacement and a light kitchen clean)
– Mid-Week Cleaning: one full clean per week scheduled on Wednesdays. If you would prefer this schedule on a different day, simply notify the front desk.

A short stroll will have you enjoying a multitude of options for fine dining, upscale shopping, and exciting entertainment, right outside your door.

Summer Guests: Pamper yourself and enjoy The Sebastian-Vail slope side Base Camp! Enjoy effortless bike rentals in the heart of Vail Village. Offering road bikes, E-bikes, mountain bikes & cruisers. Allow the Adventure Concierge to outfit you for an epic day in Vail. Return in the afternoons to the Sebastian to enjoy apres ski cocktails at Gambit bar, listen to live music, or rejuvenate yourself in the outdoor pool or hot tubs.

Winter Guests: Pamper yourself and enjoy Ski Concierge at Gondola One Base Camp! Bringing your own ski gear? Ship Skis to be delivered a few days prior to your arrival. Renting equipment? Reserve prior to arrival then get fitted at the hotel shop. Whether you bring your own equipment, or rent, The Sebastian will transport skis/boots/poles from the arrival valet to their Base Camp at Gondola 1 and back to valet at the end of your stay. No need to carry anything! It is a 7 minute walk through the village to Gondola 1. Once you arrive at Base Camp, enjoy heated boots, baskets to store your items, walk right to your skis to start your day, and ski to the back door at the end of the day to drop them off. Return in the afternoons to the Sebastian to enjoy apres ski cocktails at Gambit bar, listen to live music, or a soak in the heated outdoor pool or hot tubs.

Arrival, Accessibility, and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you. We will provide you with arrival instructions, and answer any specific questions you might have. Arrival is simple. You'll check in at the 24 hour front desk, who are available to support you throughout your stay. Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Access is ADA compliant for those with disabilities and easy for all. Elevator service is available, so stairs are not required. Parking is free, for one vehicle. Parking for additional vehicles is approximately $60/day. Parking should be available for 2-3 vehicles, but in the event that on-site parking for additional vehicles is full or not available, the nearby Vail Village parking structure offers covered and uncovered parking for a similar daily rate. Trailers and recreational vehicles are not allowed. If you might need additional parking options, please contact us to discuss your needs.

** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels and rental properties have some rules and are subject to some amount of laws or regulations. Please look for and review any Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and or Terms and Conditions presented during the online booking process. After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property. There may be other requirements. For example, Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property and or identification documents. Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law. Guests may be required to provide a credit card and or a refundable security/damage deposit. ** Amenities - Some private or shared amenities may not be available for guest use during certain periods. Some amenities, when part of a property, may close daily, seasonally, or for maintenance. ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. If you are booking for a lengthy stay, please contact us before booking online to discuss your group, your dates, the rates, the cleaning schedule, etc.
