「朝食会場が5度と寒く、ヒーターをお願いした。パンが冷たくトースターで温めてくれとお願いしたが、無いと言われ固くて冷たかったから食べるのをやめました。お部屋が少し匂いがあり、慣れるのに少しかかりました。フロントの方は皆さん親切でした。」

「We were very disappointed to be informed by the hotel that all indoor and outdoor onsen were completely closed. We were not informed at all upon the booking or else, before our check in date. If we knew the onsen were closed, we could have look for an alternative.
